Here's what you'll need:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup milk (use any milk you like)
- 1 tbsp My New Tum’s protein powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup mixed frozen berries
Here's how to make it:
Add oats, egg, banana, milk, protein powder, sweetener, and baking powder into a blender cup and blend for 30-60 seconds until combined.
Spray a small oven-proof ramekin or a baking dish with some oil and pour the oats mixture into the dish. Top with berries.
Place the dish into an Air-Fryer and cook at 175°C for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
Drizzle with some melted peanut butter or golden syrup and serve immediately.
