Shipping policy

When will my order be shipped?

Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched to NZ Post the same day. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday. You will receive tracking information via email.

How much does shipping cost?

When you spend $200+ shipping is free. For orders under $200, NZ urban shipping is between $4.50 - $9.50 (depending on weight), and NZ rural shipping is between $8.50 - $13.50, anywhere in New Zealand.

Please contact us for shipping rates to Australia, this will be calculated based on destination.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic shipping is usually 2-3 working days, but please allow an extra 3-4 days for rural delivery. You can track your order using the link provided in your dispatch email.

What if my order is delayed?

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. If you’re concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please first contact NZ Post using the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take multiple photos of the damage, including the courier bag and any packing material, and send them to hello@mynewtum.co.nz. Then the parcel will need to repackaged for the courier to collect and carry out their own assessment. Once the parcel has been collected, your replacement order will be sent out.

How do I cancel my order?

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please send an email to hello@mynewtum.co.nz. If we haven’t already dispatched your order, we’ll be happy to cancel it.

Can I return my order?

If you want to return your order for any reason, please email hello@mynewtum.co.nz. Provided the product is returned in a saleable condition, we are happy to issue a refund.
