I've had my first blood tests back post surgery and everything is within normal range. This shows me the Multi 2.0 is working well

I asked my Dr what the best vitamins were to take after having a gastric sleeve. She suggested these. I have found them easy to swallow and easy on my new stomach.

I am really enjoying my whey protein especially in my morning smoothie.

I like these as they don’t make me feel nauseous. I take iron separately. They are large but ok to swallow and can be broken or crushed. I use them regularly and feel better when taking them regularly.

I’m very happy with the results I do actually take three a day only because I am nearly 60 and I think I might just need the extra nutrition but I definitely noticed if I had missed it for a day or two.

I really liked the protein that I bought. It is the best I have had till now. Emma is very supportive. I would recommend this to everyone who wants good quality of protein.

After my WLS I was taking a huge handful of vitamins. Then I found these! Just 2...a...day! They have everything you need in them. Highly recommend

If I happen to run out of my Multi 2.0 then I find within 3 days I become ill as my system becomes run down.
