Not in love? No worries. We want you to feel totally confident shopping with us — which is why we offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee on most items.
Here’s how it works:
To request a return, simply email us at hello@mynewtum.co.nz with your order number and a quick note about the issue. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and let you know how to send it back.
First-time customer?
Return shipping is on us — because trying something new should feel totally risk-free.
Already shopped with us before?
We’ll always cover return shipping if we’ve made a mistake (like sending the wrong item or if something arrives damaged). For everything else, we’ll guide you through the return and simply deduct the postage cost from your refund. Not sure? Just reach out. We’re all about making things easy 💜
What can’t be returned?
We’re unable to offer returns on:
- Sale items
- Voucher purchases (including gift cards)
Exchanges:
Want something else instead? The easiest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll confirm if the refund has been approved. If so, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Banks can take a few days to process things on their end.
