When a sweet craving turns up out of nowhere, this is the pudding we reach for, and there are more ideas for those moments in our tips for kicking cravings to the curb. If the air fryer is already out, the air-fryer oats and the egg bites are the two we make most often.

Here's what you'll need

  • 2½ tbsp all purpose baking flour
  • 3 tbsp Whey Protein
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1½ egg whites
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp sugar free chocolate chips

Here's how to make it

Lightly grease a 1 cup ramekin.

In a bowl, whisk flour, protein powder, cocoa powder and baking powder.

In another bowl, whisk almond milk, egg white and yogurt.

Add wet mix to dry and stir until combined. Batter should be smooth.

Taste batter and add stevia if needed.

Pour half batter into ramekin, add chocolate chips, and pour remaining batter.

Place in an air fryer basket and cook for 14 to 15 minutes at 150°C.

Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy.
