Air-Fryer Protein Lava Cake

Indulge in a guilt-free dessert with our rich and decadent protein lava cake - the perfect combination of flavour and nutrition!

 

Here's what you'll need:
  • 2½ tbsp all purpose baking flour
  • 3 tbsp My New Tum’s protein powder 
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1½ egg whites
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp sugar free chocolate chips

 

Here's how to make it:

Lightly grease a 1 cup ramekin.

In a bowl, whisk flour, protein powder, cocoa powder and baking powder.

In another bowl, whisk almond milk, egg white, yogurt and vanilla.

Add wet mix to try and stir until combined. Batter should be smooth.

Taste batter and add stevia if needed.

Pour half batter into ramekin, add chocolate chips, and pour remaining batter.

Place in an Air-Fryer basket and cook for 14-15 minutes at 150°C.

Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
