Here's what you'll need:
- 1 medium bananas, sliced, frozen
- 2 tbsp. vanilla or natural yogurt
- 1/2 scoop of My New Tum's protein powder
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- berries, to serve
Here's how to make it:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
