Banana Protein Soft Serve


Bored of protein shakes already? Try this as an alternative! This recipe is easy to make, gluten free, low-carb and YUMMY! A great energy booster too after exercising.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 medium bananas, sliced, frozen
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla or natural yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop of My New Tum's protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • berries, to serve


Here's how to make it:

    Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
    Top with berries and enjoy!
