Tasty, low-carb and beautiful to look at, this smoothie fuels you with healthy fats and a hit of protein. This recipe works with whichever berries you have available.
Here's what you'll need:
- Juice of 2 limes
- 200ml of water or milk of your choosing
- 1 scoop of My New Tum™ PROTEIN
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of blackberries
- ½ ripe avocado
- 3 tablespoons of greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Throw everything into a blender and blitz until smooth. How easy is that!
