Fats-Me-Up Smoothie

Good fats smoothie bariatric friendly recipe

 

Tasty, low-carb and beautiful to look at, this smoothie fuels you with healthy fats and a hit of protein. This recipe works with whichever berries you have available.

 

Here's what you'll need:

  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 200ml of water or milk of your choosing
  • 1 scoop of My New Tum™ PROTEIN
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of blackberries
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 3 tablespoons of greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Throw everything into a blender and blitz until smooth. How easy is that!
