Feta and Avocado Dip

This recipe is a smooth and delicious choice for people in the post-op puree stage. Both avocado and feta are healthy fats that provide long lasting satiety. Further along in your WLS journey? Pair this dip with your favourite crackers, protein chips, toast or fresh veggies.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1 lime, juiced and zested

  • 1 jalapeno, de-seeded

  • 1 cup coriander, rough chopped



  1. Place the feta cheese, avocado, lime zest and juice, japaneno and coriander into a bowl and puree with a hand blender (or fork or whisk) until smooth.
