In the spirit of Christmas we’ve created this moreish gingerbread smoothie recipe! Packed with protein, and cool and refreshing on a hot summer's morning.
Here's what you'll need:
- 1 level scoop of My New Tum’s Protein powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch allspice
- 4 cubes ice
- 200ml water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine ice with all ingredients and whiz in a blender or magic bullet.
- Whiz until ice is broken up and the shake is a rich and creamy texture.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
