Gingerbread Smoothie

In the spirit of Christmas we’ve created this moreish gingerbread smoothie recipe! Packed with protein, and cool and refreshing on a hot summer's morning.

 

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 level scoop of My New Tum’s Protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 pinch allspice
  • 4 cubes ice
  • 200ml water

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine ice with all ingredients and whiz in a blender or magic bullet. 
  2. Whiz until ice is broken up and the shake is a rich and creamy texture.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
