This is green and good for you! I like to leave the skin on my apple as it is full of nutrients, but you may prefer not too - either way is fine.
Here's what you'll need:
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 granny smith apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 2 large handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 scoop of My New Tum™ PROTEIN
- 75 grams of rolled oats
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a blender with a handful of ice and blitz until smooth.
