Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Creamy, protein-packed pumpkin pie smoothie blended with cozy spices for a delicious breakfast, snack or post-workout re-fuel.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground allspice or cloves
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. My New Tum's Protein Powder



  1. Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
