Purple Power Smoothie



We love this smoothie recipe packed with purple fruits and vegetables that are high in anthocyanin, which has a positive effect on brain health, inflammation, and heart disease. Purple foods may also enhance calmness and boost mood!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 cup (240ml) almond milk
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 medium beetroot, cooked, grated
  • 1 level scoop of  My New Tum™ PROTEIN



  1. Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
