Mocha Collagen Smoothie

Collagen Smoothie Recipe WLS Bariatric NZ


We're always looking for ways to make our morning routines a little bit easier, no? It's important to make sure you're fueling your body in the morning and this recipe is just as nutritious as it is easy to make—all with a jolt of caffeine to perk up your early morning.


Here's what you'll need:

  • Coffee ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop of My New Tum™ PROTEIN
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 dates
  • Milk of your choice
  • Cacao nibs
  • Optional dash of cinnamon



The day before, make some black instant coffee and pour into an ice tray. Let it freeze overnight.

Add your coffee ice cubes and all of the other ingredients into a blender. Be sure to remove the pits from your dates.

Pour your smoothie into your favourite cup and garnish with cacao nibs and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Voila!!
