Is there a better protein-packed Sunday morning breaky than this? These pancakes are gluten free, keto and low carb!
Here’s what you’re going to need:
2 eggs
2 scoops My New Tum™ PROTEIN
1 teaspoon of baking powder
6 tablespoons of water or almond milk
Butter for the pan
Sneak some sugar-free chocolate chips or blueberries into the batter to make it extra special!
INSTRUCTIONS
Place a non-stick pan on the stove on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray or use butter or coconut oil and let melt.
Mix the eggs, protein powder, and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the water or almond milk a little at a time until the batter is pancake batter consistency. You may not need all of the water.
Using a ⅓ cup measure, pour out the batter into the skillet. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.
Serving suggestion: Add avocado, bacon or eggs on the side!
