Perfect Protein Powder Pancakes


Is there a better protein-packed Sunday morning breaky than this? These pancakes are gluten free, keto and low carb! 


Here’s what you’re going to need:

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 scoops My New Tum™ PROTEIN

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 6 tablespoons of water or almond milk

  • Butter for the pan


Sneak some sugar-free chocolate chips or blueberries into the batter to make it extra special!



  1. Place a non-stick pan on the stove on medium heat.  Spray with cooking spray or use butter or coconut oil and let melt.  

  2. Mix the eggs, protein powder, and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the water or almond milk a little at a time until the batter is pancake batter consistency. You may not need all of the water.

  3. Using a ⅓ cup measure, pour out the batter into the skillet.  They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.


Serving suggestion: Add avocado, bacon or eggs on the side!
