Here's what you'll need:
- 1/2 cup (118ml) almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup (32g) Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (37.5g) My New Tum™ PROTEIN
- 2 tbsp. rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 banana, chopped & frozen
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
