The Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

WLS-friendly recipe: The Cinnamon Roll Smoothie


High in protein and loaded with antioxidants, we love this smoothie for it's beneficial effects on insulin resistance and blood sugar lowering properties. Plus, it's crazy tasty!


Here's what you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup (118ml) almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup (32g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (37.5g) My New Tum™ PROTEIN
  • 2 tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana, chopped & frozen



  1. Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
