WLS-friendly recipe: The Pina Colada Smoothie


Here's what you'll need:

  • 2 tbsp. oats
  • 1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup (100g) pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp. desiccated coconut
  • 1/8 cup (15g) walnuts
  • 1 scoop (37.5g) of My New Tum™ PROTEIN



  1. Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
