Are smoothies good after bariatric surgery? You betcha! The human body can’t make protein without food and that’s why protein shakes are essential following weight loss surgery. They’re an easy way to increase your protein intake, but we know that having the same shake day after day can get boring - fast.
That's why My New Tum’s Protein Powder was designed with the subtle sweetness preferred by post-WLS taste buds, meaning you can add to it and create your own flavours! ICYMI: The Summer Dream smoothie is our recipe of the month and is equal parts refreshing, tasty and high in protein!
