WLS Friendly Recipe: Keto Waffles


Crispy, cheesy, and protein-packed—these savoury waffles are made with simple ingredients for a quick, nourishing bite. Perfect fresh off the waffle maker or reheated during the week. Top 'em, stack 'em, love 'em—your new go-to for easy fuel!
 
INGREDIENTS
2 large eggs
1 cup cheese, shredded
4 tbsp. almond flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. Greek Yoghurt. 


INSTRUCTIONS
Pop the eggs, shredded cheese, almond flour, baking powder, MNT Tasteless Protein, and yoghurt in a bowl and whisk until combined. 

Heat your waffle maker and add the batter. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes until the waffles are golden and crisp. You will be able to make 6-8 waffles depending on the size of your maker. 

Enjoy on their own as a snack, or with savoury or sweet toppings. Great for the freezer - just pop in the toaster when you're craving something yum!
