Low Carb Flaxseed Porridge


Quick, creamy, and protein-packed — this warm spiced porridge blends flaxseed, MNT Whey Protein, and almond milk into a nourishing bowl that’s ready in minutes. Finish with your favourite toppings for comfort and fuel in every spoonful.
 
INGREDIENTS
6 tbsp. ground flaxseed
4 tbsp. coconut flour 
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup + 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk 


INSTRUCTIONS

Pop all your ingredients into a small microwave-safe bowl. Whisk well, making sure there are no lumps. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds.

Divide the porridge between 2 bowls, add your fave toppings and serve while hot.
