WLS Friendly Recipe | Chocolate Protein Mousse

 

Picture this: a rich, velvety chocolate mousse made with creamy Greek yogurt, antioxidant-rich cacao, and a sneaky scoop of protein—thanks to MNT Tasteless Protein. It’s the ultimate feel-good dessert that’s as indulgent as it is nourishing. Sweet tooth satisfied, goals still intact!
 
INGREDIENTS
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups Greek Yoghurt
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 scoop MNT tasteless protein


 
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or in a water broth. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly before making the mousse. 

Pop melted chocolate, greek yoghurt, cacao powder and MNT Tasteless Protein in a high-sided bowl and whiz with a hand mixer until well combined and creamy. 

Divide between 4 glasses, cover and pop into the fridge for 2 hours, or overnight (It will get thicker as it cools in the fridge). 

Serve up when you're ready, add your fave toppings and dig in!
