How to use it

    • Can I take Multi if I haven't had weight loss surgery?

      Absolutely! While we originally created Multi for people after weight loss surgery, it's suitable for anyone with smaller appetites or anyone looking for a high-strength daily multivitamin. If you aren't using weight loss injections, and haven't had surgery, 1 tablet per day is often sufficient.

    • Why doesn't Multi contain iron?

      We left iron out by design. Not everyone needs an iron supplement, and those who do often require different amounts based on their blood test results. Keeping iron separate makes it easier to tailor your intake to your individual needs. It also avoids the absorption issue that occurs when iron and calcium are taken together. If you take an iron supplement, simply allow 1-2 hours between your iron and Multi.

    • Why does Multi contain calcium when many other bariatric multivitamins don't?

      Calcium is one of the biggest nutritional priorities after weight loss surgery, yet many bariatric brands leave it out because it takes up a lot of space. We chose to include 1200 mg of calcium citrate so Multi is closer to being a true all-in-one formula. While a multivitamin without calcium may appear cheaper, you'll usually need to purchase a separate calcium supplement as well. We think it makes more sense to include it from the start, helping simplify your routine and potentially reducing your overall supplement costs.
