Directions
Take 1 tablet, twice daily (total 2 per day). Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach. Crush or split tablets in half for easier swallowing if required.

This product is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your doctor before starting any new dietary supplement. Seek professional health advice if pregnant, breast feeding, taking medication or suffering a medical condition before supplementing. Selenium is toxic in high doses; Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 150 micrograms. Contains Zinc; Excessive use can be harmful. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken. Store in a cool dry place. No added yeast, starch or gluten. MNT's Multi contains a maintenance dose of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12. Always read the label and use as directed. Vitamins are supplementary to a balanced diet.

Suitable for adults and children over 15 years of age.

Does not contain iron. If iron is prescribed by your GP, avoid taking it within 2 hours of any other supplement containing calcium.

This multivitamin contains a maintenance dose of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 as required by the New Zealand Supplement Regulations. MNT's Multi is a great way to support your daily vitamin needs. Consult your GP if you are unsure.

When will my order be shipped?
Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched to Courier Post the same day.
Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday. You will receive tracking information via email.

When will my order arrive?
Shipping is usually 1-2 working days, but please allow an extra 2-3 days for rural delivery. You can track your order using the link provided in your dispatch email.

How much does shipping cost?
Within New Zealand, urban shipping is between $4.50 - $9.50 (depending on
weight), and rural shipping is between $8.50 - $13.50 (depending on weight). Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your address.

Shipping to Australia is calculated at checkout, based on your address.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us with the remaining product inside. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mynewtum.co.nz.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a postage paid shipping label and the courier will collect it from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received your return, then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
