  • Can I take Multi if I haven't had weight loss surgery?

    Absolutely! We originally created Multi for people after weight loss surgery, but it suits anyone eating less, and anyone who wants a high-strength daily multivitamin. If you haven't had surgery and aren't using a weight loss injection, 1 tablet a day is often plenty.

  • Why doesn't Multi contain iron?

    We left iron out by design. Not everyone needs an iron supplement, and those who do often need different amounts based on their blood test results, so keeping iron separate makes it easy to tailor your intake. There's a practical reason too: calcium and iron are best taken at different times, so a multi that contains both in one tablet has to compromise on one of them. If you take an iron supplement, simply allow 1-2 hours between your iron and Multi.

  • Why does Multi contain calcium when many other bariatric multivitamins don't?

    Calcium is one of the biggest nutritional priorities during times of weight loss, yet many bariatric brands leave it out because it takes up a lot of space. We chose to include 1200 mg of calcium citrate so Multi is closer to being a true all-in-one formula. While a multivitamin without calcium may appear cheaper, you'll usually need to purchase a separate calcium supplement as well. We think it makes more sense to include it from the start, helping simplify your routine and potentially reducing your overall supplement costs.
