How to use it
Add one heaped scoop of protein powder in approx 200ml of liquid like water, milk or smoothie. Add liquid before the powder. Shake well. Add more water to reduce sweetness.

CAUTIONS: This protein powder is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in addition to a nutritious diet and approx two litres of water per day.
For those on a Very Low Calorie Diet meal replacement plan, fasting for weight loss, or a keto diet plan it is recommended to take MNT Protein in conjunction with MNT Multi and under the supervision of a dietitian.

When will my order be shipped?
Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched to Courier Post the same day.
Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday. You will receive tracking information via email.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping is usually 1-2 working days, but please allow an extra 2-3 days for rural delivery. You can track your order using the link provided in your dispatch email.
How much does shipping cost?
Within New Zealand, urban shipping is between $4.50 - $9.50 (depending on
weight), and rural shipping is between $8.50 - $13.50 (depending on weight). Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your address.
Shipping to Australia is calculated at checkout, based on your address.
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us with the remaining product inside. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mynewtum.co.nz.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a postage paid shipping label and the courier will collect it from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received your return, then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cost of shipping is unfortunately non-refundable as this is provided by a third-party.

My New Tum Multi 2.0 definitely the best multi vitamins ever. I ran out of multi 2.0 tabs and was on a 2 week vacation rurally away from home. I felt the WORST ever in years after having had Bariatric surgery experiencing total body fatigue, listlessness, no energy, no appetite, total lethargy and just wanted to curl up and sleep although ALL my limbs experienced pain, my body experienced muscular pain and I was just not emotionally well. When I returned home and my supply had fortunately already arrived, I was so relieved to take them again regularly as prescribed and immediately ordered a 2nd pack so I would never run out. I had not previously taken advantage of the subscription option but it so seriously makes sense to me now. One only misses good health and the things which contribute to keeping you in good health once you’ve lost it. I was angry with myself and disappointed at my stupidity. I TOTALLY understand now how valuable My New Tum’s Multi 2.0 … 2 a day multivitamins are in my life and just how easy it is to manage my vitamin and mineral supply with the ease of taking just two tablets a day instead of the previous 6 tabs per day.
