When will my order be shipped?
Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched to Courier Post the same day.
Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday. You will receive tracking information via email.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping is usually 1-2 working days, but please allow an extra 2-3 days for rural delivery. You can track your order using the link provided in your dispatch email.
How much does shipping cost?
Within New Zealand, urban shipping is between $4.50 - $9.50 (depending on
weight), and rural shipping is between $8.50 - $13.50 (depending on weight). Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your address.
Shipping to Australia is calculated at checkout, based on your address.
Returns
We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase, but we also need to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all of our customers.
For Garments That Have Been Worn:
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any garments that have been worn, washed, or altered. We highly recommend trying on your items over clean, dry undergarments to ensure proper fit before deciding to keep them.
For Unworn Garments:
We are happy to accept returns on unworn and unwashed garments that are in their original condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of purchase.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you with an exchange or refund in line with our policy.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a postage paid shipping label and the courier will collect it from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received your return, then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
