I have tried almost every protein powder possible (not even kidding!) and this one is the best! Subtle flavour, not too sweet. Super yum! And a whopping 30g of protein. The multivitamins are amazing too. I’ve also tried a few brands of multi vits. I definitely notice a difference in how I feel with the my new tum vitamins compared with others.

The multivitamin tablets are super big but once you master that they are perfect in every other way. So much better than the other varieties I tried and I truly felt the difference in my energy levels when I started using them. I have been using them for six months now and will keep on them. Likewise the protein powder is The. Best. No after taste, and if you put it in a smoothie with frozen spinach and frozen berries it makes everything super fluffy. Get the subscription option so you never run out.

I started this product 2 weeks ago and have always had stomach issues with whey based protein but not with this. I am 13 weeks post op and have had a lot of stalls but since I have being using this once a day to boost my protein, my weight loss has started again. The bonus is it also tastes fantastic.
