Finding the right supplements for your new tum can be a challenge. That's why we've popped a 3-day supply of our multi, along with a single-serving of our brand new tasteless protein powder (collagen) and a single-serving of our wildly popular whey protein powder together in a handy sample kit, giving you the opportunity to try these fantastic products before committing to a full size purchase.

What's in it?

Sample includes:
3 day supply of tablets (total 6), 1 serving of tasteless protein powder and 1 serving of whey protein powder.

How to use it

Multivitamin:
Take 1 tablet, twice daily (total 2 per day). Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach. Crush or split tablets in half for easier swallowing if required.

Protein Powders:
Add protein sample into approx 200ml of water and blend until smooth. Add more water to reduce sweetness if required.

Good to know

Suitable for adults and children over 15 years of age.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched to Courier Post the same day.
Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday. You will receive tracking information via email.

When will my order arrive?
Samples arrive by snail mail, usually within 3-5 working days, but please allow an extra 3-4 days for rural delivery.

How much does shipping cost? When you spend $200+ shipping is free. Sending samples costs just $3 and for full-size orders under $200, NZ urban shipping is between $6.50 - $12.50 (depending on weight), and NZ rural shipping is between $8.50 - $17.50, anywhere in New Zealand.

Shipping to Australia is calculated at checkout, based on weight and your address.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us with the remaining product inside. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mynewtum.co.nz.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a postage paid shipping label and the courier will collect it from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received your return, then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cost of shipping is unfortunately non-refundable as this is provided by a third-party.

Tasteless Protein powder is fabulous as it can be used in almost everything. I mostly add it to sugar free jelly, yoghurt, shakes, coffee.
It really is tasteless, mixes really well (in hot and cold) and helps me to get my daily intake of protein, as needed after bariatric surgery.

I’ve tried every other brand I can find of tasteless protein but have settled on the MNT one. It’s the only one that doesn’t clump in hot or cold foods or drinks. It’s a bit more expensive yes, but in the long run it’s worth it because it’s a great product.
